Clever use of Wayfarer chevrons

Sandy Ang is a blogger at Sandy’s Space: Cafe Culture and she has been getting creative with the Wayfarer collection by Janet Hopkins.

Just really enjoyed this great collection. She said she has used up most of my five sheets of Wayfarer papers with these layouts, but it was worth it.

Sandy says she really enjoyed this great collection and again she has used the chevrons from Wayfarer’s Rover paper as the main design element, interweaving them to make a strong border on the left. For my title, she recreated Jenni Bowlin’s drop-shadow alphas. Just used two of each alpha stacked on top of each other – one inked in grey/taupe, the other in black. The photo takes up half of the ledger-side. It’s balanced by her journaling and a clustered embellishment, made up of fussy-cut envelope and ticket pieces, at the bottom.
