If I opened this card while eating a piece of cold, watermelon I might just go into a summertime coma. This card is simple to make when using pre-cut Just the Edge cardstock strips. Why fight with an expensive punch when you can buy a variety of strips in one bag and just glue in place on demand. The base of the card is Red Devil. Margie Romney-Aslett used a strip of paper she cut from the Bazzill 6×6 Beach House mulitpack (because the prints are half scale!), a star from the Dino-Mite paper shapes collection, a few buttons, a brad and some ribbon. You can do it too.
