Predicting the future of color is a difficult job. There are so many things to take into consideration! Trends in industries like clothing, home, autos, hobbies and even the economy are hints but no guarantee.

For the past year, we have been gathering information, studying the marketplace, and developing a color palette to meet the needs of scrapbookers around the world. We have to be ready with all the newest colors BEFORE we see designs created by our fellow patterned paper manufacturers. If they use a crazy green, then we need to offer something that matches! We are like Boy Scouts, we always have to be prepared.

2010 is just around the corner. We’ve picked our colors, sent samples to the mill, and approved color matches. Next up, big semis filled with cardstock will be rolling up to our warehouse doors and unloading 38 HOT Colors for 2010. Watch for our big reveal at CHA Winter.
