Gotta love that tongue sticking out! This layout uses a clever technique that looks a little like quilting. Joey Otlo cut a strip of 2” yellow paper and positioned it across the page. Then she cut six 2×2 blocks from a variety of cardstock and coordinating patterned paper. By gluing three squares above and below the yellow strip it creates its own patchwork that is bold and charming all mixed together.
