The color in this layout Sandee Traasdahl created is fabulous! There are so many fun techniques going on in this page. Take note of the Cardstock with an Edge in the upper left corner. By layering the Mini Stamp (Bazzill White) shape over the Circle (Kisses) shape, the perfect base is created for all the pre-made embellishments.
