It’s true, though. It really is. If you like to make lists, you simply MUST do it! Today I am showing you a super fun way to create a To Do List Chalkboard using some of the brand new Plastic Paper from Bazzill Basics. You guys, this stuff is SO COOL! I love using it for altered art style projects because it will definitely hold up a little better than a standard paper. Love it!
To begin, you will need white and mint colored plastic paper along with a small piece of wood to paint, some flower dies, and some washi tape.
Paint your wood panel with chalkboard paint and set aside to dry while you do your die cutting.
Die cut your flowers. I love how this plastic paper cuts! Nice sharp edges made for a really nice look!
Adhere strips of washi tap to the top and bottom of the wood panel (make sure it is 100% dry before adding your tap and flowers). Adhere the flowers with Sticky Thumb adhesives to give them added dimension. Be sure to pull the petals up a bit, too!
Finish your chalkboard by writing “To Do:” with a white chalk marker and then list away! This makes a great gift for the lister in your life, too!
Have a Happy!
